Slow down and unwind with Yin Yoga — a deeply grounding practice designed to stretch and nourish the body’s connective tissues while calming the mind. This practice invites balance between effort and ease, activity and stillness. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 2 to 7 minutes, allowing for deep release and gentle opening through the hips, spine, and shoulders. This mindful stillness helps to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and support emotional release by working with the body’s energy meridians.

This class is perfect for those who want to:

  • Balance a more active or high-energy routine

  • Increase flexibility + mobility

  • Keep joints healthy and resilient

  • Improve posture + body awareness

  • Release stored tension, emotions, or trauma

Enjoy a deep, meditative stretch Join Brittany Tuesday evenings for an hour of stillness, stretch, and self-care. Aromatherapy will be incorporated into the class.
