Slow down and unwind with Yin Yoga — a deeply grounding practice designed to stretch and nourish the body’s connective tissues while calming the mind. This practice invites balance between effort and ease, activity and stillness. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 2 to 7 minutes, allowing for deep release and gentle opening through the hips, spine, and shoulders. This mindful stillness helps to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and support emotional release by working with the body’s energy meridians.
