This 60-minute restorative yin practice is an intentional pause — an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself at the end of the day.

Through long-held, supported postures, your body is guided into deep release, helping to unwind tension stored in the muscles and facia while cultivating stillness and presence. The practice is enhanced with the gently use of essential oils and incense, creating a sensory experience that calms the mind and nourishes the nervous system. Each element is chosen to support relaxation and restoration, encouraging you to let go of the day's weight and ease into a state of balance.

This class is slow, meditative, and grounding — ideal for anyone looking to decompress before bed, improve sleep, and return home to themselves.
