Take a break from the busyness of your day and reconnect with your body in this 30-minute Midday Flow — the perfect reset between morning and afternoon.

Our days are often filled with endless tasks, meetings, and responsibilities that keep us seated and disconnected from our physical selves. This class offers a moment to step away from your desk, breathe deeply, and move mindfully — giving your body the chance to stretch, strengthen, and reset.

Through gentle, flowing movement and intentional breath, Brittany will guide you through postures designed to increase circulation, release tension, and awaken your energy so you can return to your day feeling refreshed, grounded, and focused.

This class is perfect for those who want to:

  • Release stiffness from sitting or working

  • Boost energy + focus for the rest of the day

  • Honour and reconnect with their body

  • Take a mindful pause in the middle of a busy schedule

  • Feel balanced, stretched, and recharged

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. All levels welcome - please know that this class involves getting up and down off your mat frequently, so those with limited mobility may find this class challenging.
